We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth in Bangalore by leading HNI customer acquisition, consultant engagement, and sales team development.

Area Sales Manager (ASM) – ZeroB Hydrolife
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager – Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
HNI Business Development
- Generate sales from High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and premium residential customers.
- Conduct in-home product demonstrations and premium product presentations.
- Build relationships with affluent communities, gated societies, luxury villa projects, and premium apartment developers.
- Convert quality leads into successful sales through consultative selling.
Consultant & Influencer Management
Develop and manage strong relationships with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Plumbing Consultants
- MEP Consultants
- Builders & Developers
- Landscape Consultants
- Wellness Consultants
Generate regular business through consultant referrals and influencer networks.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities across:
- Luxury apartments
- Villas
- Clubs
- Premium gyms
- Hospitals
- Hotels
- Corporate offices
- Expand channel partner and referral network.
Sales Planning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain healthy sales funnel and pipeline.
- Prepare weekly sales forecasts and business reports.
- Ensure timely collections and AR management.
Marketing Support
- Organize customer awareness programs.
- Conduct society activities and resident engagement events.
- Participate in exhibitions, premium events, and builder meets.
- Coordinate digital lead follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in premium consumer durable, water purification, home appliances, wellness, luxury products, or direct sales.
- Proven experience in handling HNI customers.
- Experience in managing a field sales team.
- Strong consultant and influencer network in Bangalore is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with strong leadership abilities.
