- Fast-paced edits, hooks, retention editing
- Motion graphics, transitions, typography
- Color grading + audio syncing

Job Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) daily
- Create engaging edits with hooks in first 2–3 seconds
- Add:
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- Subtitles & captions
- Sound effects & music
- Use AI tools to speed up editing workflow
- Deliver 20–50+ videos/month (depending on workload)
- Maintain brand style & consistency
- Work with marketing/social media team
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Photoshop / Illustrator basics
- YouTube long-form editing
- Meme/trend-based editing knowledge
- Basic 2D/3D animation
