Job Role:
- Recruit, train and manage a team of 4-6 Relationship Managers.
- Identify and generate leads for Home loans and LAP through direct channels /DSA/Connector/Referrals sales channels (upto 2 Cr).
- Building a strong referral network and engaging with potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the loan processing and approval stages.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to home loan sale.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
- 5-7 years of experience in a team handling role.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
