Job Summary
Pentium Construction is looking for a creative, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality leads for our premium apartments and villa projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, content creation, SEO, and analytics. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop content calendars, campaign strategies, and promotional plans.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate quality leads and improve campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with the in-house design and sales teams for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and keyword research.
- Social media marketing and content planning.
- Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in real estate or construction marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
