Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and sell premium mattresses across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive intercity travel, meeting dealers and distributors, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across Karnataka.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, hotels, hospitals, institutions, and other B2B clients.
- Promote and sell the company's mattress range.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales/Business Development.
- Experience in mattresses, furniture, home furnishing, FMCG, consumer durables, or related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
