We're looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and can ensure our online store runs flawlessly every single day.
What You'll DoWebsite & Store Operations
- Own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website.
- Ensure product launches, collections, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate and live on time.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Continuously improve website merchandising and customer experience.
Order & Fulfillment Management
- Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and customer support to resolve operational issues.
- Reduce cancellations, RTOs, and fulfillment delays.
- Track operational SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and marketplaces.
- Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment.
- Prevent overselling and stock discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports and highlight potential risks.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage operations across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Instamart, Zepto, and others.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, catalog updates, and inventory sync.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain marketplace compliance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards.
- Track key metrics including:
- Website conversion rate
- AOV
- Inventory health
- Fulfillment SLAs
- Order cancellation rate
- RTO %
- Return rate
- Customer complaints
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
Process Improvement
- Create SOPs for recurring operational workflows.
- Automate repetitive tasks wherever possible.
- Work cross-functionally to improve systems, processes, and customer experience.
- Lead operational projects from ideation to execution.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a D2C or fashion/apparel brand.
- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with inventory management and OMS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution excellence.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with ERP/WMS integrations.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps and automation tools.
- Experience working with logistics partners and warehouse operations.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
- Experience launching products and managing high-volume sale events.
