Industry: Heavy Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 Gross per Month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Company Overview
We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of heavy industrial equipment, specializing in Generators, Industrial Engines, Industrial Compressors, and allied industrial solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales team and expand our customer base across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and industrial references.
- Promote and sell Generators, Industrial Engines, Industrial Compressors, and other industrial equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Candidates with technical backgrounds and strong sales aptitude will be preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, engineering products, generators, compressors, engines, machinery, or related sectors.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Good presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development activities.
