Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager who can build and execute lead generation campaigns that create qualified sales opportunities for our U.S. sales pipeline.
This is not a general digital marketing role. Your primary responsibility is generating qualified B2B leads and sales meetings through outbound marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
Mandatory Experience
Candidates must have practical experience with:
- HubSpot
- Apollo.io
- CRM management
- Marketing automation
- LinkedIn lead generation
- Email outreach campaigns
- Lead nurturing workflows
- B2B demand generation
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Applications without experience in these tools and responsibilities will not be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute B2B lead generation campaigns targeting U.S. companies.
- Manage HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows.
- Build prospect lists using Apollo.io and other sales intelligence platforms.
- Create and optimize email outreach campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
- Work closely with the founder to improve messaging and conversion rates.
- Develop landing pages, case studies, white papers, and other lead generation assets.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for qualified pipeline generation.
- Continuously improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel.
Required Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Experience working for a service-based B2B company is mandatory.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads for B2B sales teams.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Strong written English with experience creating outreach campaigns for U.S. businesses.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-growing company.
