Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage hotel/resort projects, including operations setup, renovations, and daily coordination.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in hospitality or construction-related project handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage hotel/resort projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Supervise site work including civil, electrical, and plumbing activities
- Monitor daily operations and report progress
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance
- Handle staff coordination and task allocation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (Hotel/Resort preferred)
- Knowledge of basic construction, maintenance, and operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality industry is a big advantage
