Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone from a hospitality, B2B sales, or service background who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the team to manage day-to-day customer operations, ensure smooth communication, and help maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (calls, chats, emails).
- Assisting resolving customer queries, concerns, and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Support daily operational tasks to improve customer experience workflows.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Background in hospitality,B2B sales, customer service, or related service roles preferred.
- High level of empathy and patience while dealing with customers.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
