We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day vehicle operations, maintenance activities, service schedules, documentation, and fleet administration. The ideal candidate should ensure vehicle readiness, statutory compliance, proper record management, and smooth coordination with internal teams and external service providers to support uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management & Vehicle Operations
- Manage and administer the company fleet to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and readiness for daily operational requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling with operation teams to minimize delays and idle time.
- Monitor daily vehicle movement and operational performance through vehicle tracking systems.
Maintenance & Service Coordination
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles.
- Arrange vehicle servicing, inspections, and breakdown repairs to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with service centers, vendors, and workshops for maintenance activities.
- Verify service reports, maintenance records, and repair invoices.
Documentation & Compliance Management
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, maintenance history, driver details, and operational documents.
- Ensure timely renewal and compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government transport regulations.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with drivers, operation teams, and vendors for smooth fleet functioning.
- Maintain driver documentation, attendance, and license validity records.
- Prepare and submit fleet MIS reports including vehicle utilization, maintenance expenses, and compliance status.
- Monitor operating costs and support initiatives for improving fleet efficiency and cost control.
- Inform management regarding vehicle violations, delays, or operational concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations / Vehicle Administration / Maintenance Coordination
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
