Position Overview
- Job Title: Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Draughtswoman
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In-Office)
- Department: Architectural
- Reporting to: Senior Architect
- Work Schedule: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays off
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Drafting: Prepare high-quality, detailed architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Studio.
- Project Support: Assist architects in developing design concepts and refining architectural plans for various project phases.
- Systematic Documentation: Maintain project files, technical drawings, and revisions systematically to ensure project integrity.
- Research & Compliance: Apply basic knowledge of building bylaws and research relevant materials or design trends to ensure drawings are compliant and accurate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior architectural team and 50+ professionals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Visual Aid Preparation: Support the team in preparing technical documentation and visual aids for client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant technical Diploma.
- Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
- Technical Proficiency: * Expert-level command of AutoCAD and CAD software.
- Strong design skills using SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Core Competencies: * Exceptional skills in drafting architectural plans and intricate detailing.
- Strong visualization abilities to translate sketches into technical models.
- Good communication skills and a comprehensive portfolio.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
