Role Description
.Telecalling & Communication Support
- Comfortable speaking with clients or prospects over calls when required
- 3-4 hours daily work only
- Business Emails and Follow Up
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills
- Follow-up calls with MSMEs, suppliers, or prospective customers
- Professional and polite conversation handling
Additional Preferred Skills
- Good internet research ability
- Creativity and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of international business/export industry is a plus
- Self-driven, disciplined, and proactive attitude
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and social media platforms
Internship Nature
- Dynamic learning environment with exposure to exports, global sourcing, AI tools, and business development
- Opportunity to work on real business projects and international market outreach
