Key Responsibilities: Agent recruitment, licensing & onboarding documentation Policy issuance & new business processing Customer service, renewal collections & claims support Branch administration, audits & compliance Coordination with Sales, HR & Operations teams Vendor coordination, petty cash & asset management
Preferred Profile: Experience in Life Insurance operations/branch management Good communication & coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office
