Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build long-term relationships with clients in the hospitality, architecture, interior design, corporate, and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for design, art, and creative spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Generate leads from hotels, resorts, architects, interior designers, builders, real estate developers, corporate offices, museums, institutions, and government projects.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to present the Company's services and capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and proposals to convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM/database of prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to generate business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the Company's revenue growth.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports for management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
