About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and administration of a residential/commercial property. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing staff, vendors, residents/tenants, and ensuring smooth building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the building and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility staff.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and statutory requirements.
- Handle resident/tenant queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Monitor utility consumption and building expenses.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, AMC contracts, and vendor payments.
- Manage emergency situations and coordinate necessary actions.
- Prepare periodic reports on building operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- B tech Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in facility management, property management, or building operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Experience working in residential societies, commercial buildings, malls, hotels, or real estate projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
