Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmaceutical sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
