Role: Customer Service Executive
We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our USA Customer Service – Email & Chat Process.
Handle customer queries through email and chat
Provide prompt, professional and accurate resolutions
Understand customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
Maintain proper communication and follow process guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Comfortable working with international/US customers
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good typing and computer skills
Prior experience in international customer service/BPO will be an advantage
Job Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
