Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in academic counselling, student counselling, or educational sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
