- Run and manage the entire creative team across geography or sector specific

- Responsible for staying up to date with (i) industry developments and (ii) design tools and trends, and accountable for ensuring these are reflected globally in all design work tagged to their given vertical
- Line manages DDs/ADDs and guides them with course correction in design decisions from their respective engagements
- Actively engages in thought leadership activities specific to the industry, participating in external events to drive new leads
- 15+ Years’ experience within the design industry either within an agency of product design business
- Experience overseeing the running of a design agency/business as EDD
- A background to winning new business and have an extensive network within multiple sectors and industries
- Experience liaising with senior internal stakeholders
