Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, execution-focused Brand Marketing Executive to drive marketing initiatives for leading hospitality and restaurant brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with experience in brand building, campaign management, digital marketing, and vendor coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Positioning
- Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and offline channels.
- Strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement through innovative initiatives.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and on-ground platforms.
- Develop creative concepts that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Creative & Marketing Collaterals
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for designing, printing, and production of marketing materials.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media presence and coordinate digital marketing activities.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content.
- Support influencer collaborations and performance marketing initiatives.
Events & Brand Activations
- Plan and execute events, promotions, pop-ups, and customer engagement activities.
- Build partnerships with influencers, communities, and relevant brands.
- Ensure smooth execution while measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Budget & Reporting
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign expenditures.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Track ROI and provide actionable insights.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing vendors and agencies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and brand positioning.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, campaign planning, and marketing execution.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and analytics.
- Experience in vendor management and budget planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and execution abilities.
