Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and help them achieve their career goals. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for a smooth enrollment process.
- Attend walk-in inquiries and provide detailed course information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree (UG/PG).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in academic counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
