Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting women's ethnic wear products, achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities Sales:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable ethnic wear products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of sarees, suits, kurtis, lehengas, gowns, and other ethnic wear collections.
- Explain product features, fabric details, designs, and care instructions to customers.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and new arrivals.
Store Operations:
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
Billing & POS Operations:
- Support billing and payment processes.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections and promotional events.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
