JOB DESCRIPTION:
A CRM PROFESSIONAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, ANALYZING CUSTOMER DATA, AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, RETENTION, AND BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH CRM TOOLS AND SYSTEMS.
JOB SUMMARY
- MANAGE AND MAINTAIN CUSTOMER DATABASE
- FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH CALLS AND EMAILS
- PAYMENT FOLLOW-UP AND COORDINTION
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
- HANDLE CUSTOMER QUERIES, COMPLAINTS, AND FEEDBACK
- COORDINATE WITH SALES AND MARKETING TEAMS
- UPDATE CUSTOMER RECORDS AND DAILY REPORTS
- TRACK LEADS AND CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS
- ENSURE TIMELY RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
- SUPPORT CUSTOMER RETENTION AND SATISFACTION ACTIVITIES
- MONITOR CRM SYSTEM UPDATES AND DATA ACCURACY
- PREPARE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY CRM REPORTS
- ASSIST IN IMPROVING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESSES

EXPERIENCE:
0-2 YEARS PREFERRED
