CRM Implementation Specialist

As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data/Operations Hubs) to help clients achieve their business goals.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to design CRM strategies, set up automation workflows, audit and enhance system efficiency.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HubSpot modules.
Responsibilities
You will be working as a HubSpot CRM Specialist with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technical departments.
Your role will include participating in client onboarding, requirement discussions, and implementation reviews.
Your responsibilities will include:
Configure, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Data/Operations, Service).
Develop and manage workflows, automation, and sales sequences to streamline processes.
Build and analyze reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Audit client HubSpot accounts to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Onboard new clients onto HubSpot or migrate them from other CRM systems.
Design and execute drip campaigns, lead nurture flows, and email marketing strategies.
Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (WordPress, Shopify, APIs, HTML forms, etc.).
Collaborate with business teams to ensure CRM usage aligns with organizational goals. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Primary Technical Skills:
Proven hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM setup, configuration, and optimization.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, and sales enablement tools.
Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing CRM data. Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools (APIs, HTML embeds, WordPress, Shopify).
Skilled in designing and managing email marketing campaigns and drip workflows.
Strong analytical, audit, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in onboarding, training, and supporting clients on HubSpot CRM.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Secondary Technical
Skills:
HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, or Operations Hub).
Experience working with other CRM or marketing automation tools.
Background in digital marketing or sales operations.
