- Production planning and manpower handling
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of Quality & Safety standards
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Quali - DME/BE/BTECH - Mechanical.
- Experience - 1 To 2 yr.
- Responsibility-
- Manage daily production activities as per production plan.
- Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor man, machine, material and method utilization
- Monitor rejection, rework and productivity and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC departments.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
