Key Responsibilities POSP Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit and build a strong network of POSPs through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate potential POSP candidates.
- Complete the onboarding process, including documentation and verification.
- Ensure POSPs complete mandatory IRDAI training and certification requirements before commencing sales.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the POSP team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings.
- Provide continuous coaching and guidance to improve productivity.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales through the POSP network for retail insurance products.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the POSP distribution network.
Training & Development
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
