· Business Development – Identify and approach new business prospects across sectors such as retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution.
· Client Acquisition & Retention – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate courier and logistics solutions.
· Sales Target Achievement – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
· Territory Management – Manage sales operations in Guwahati and surrounding areas, including cold calling, lead generation, and field visits.
· Proposal & Quotation Management – Prepare and present customized pricing proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients.
· Market Intelligence – Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments to support sales strategy.
· Coordination with Operations – Liaise with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions through CRM tools or Excel reports.
