About the Role
Indrion Technologies seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithm changes to optimize strategy.
- Assist in creating and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, infographics, videos, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including list building, newsletter design, and A/B testing.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, link building, meta tags, site structure, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising/business tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for creative content.
- Ability to create visually appealing social media posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and stay current with the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Google Ads Certification or Google Analytics Certification.
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing or Content Marketing Certification.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and landing pages.
- Experience with video editing or graphic design tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Figma).
- Familiarity with WordPress for content publishing and basic website management.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategies.
