Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, modifications, and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update hotel management systems regularly.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints politely and resolve them promptly or escalate when required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage billing, invoicing, cash/card transactions, and ensure accuracy in all financial dealings.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and service etiquette at all times.
- Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
- Support night audit and shift handover procedures as per hotel policy.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and local information to guests.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
