About the Role
This is an entry-level client servicing position for someone with early agency exposure who is ready to step into a real account-handling role. You will work on real estate accounts, acting as the operational backbone of the team — keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and deliverables on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants to build a long-term career in account management.
Industry & Background
- Prior agency internship experience (advertising, marketing, communications, or PR)
- Minimum 1 year working on at least one marquee brand (any industry)
- Exposure to real estate, lifestyle, or premium/luxury category accounts is a plus, though not mandatory
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client servicing and account coordination across one or more real estate accounts
- Manage timelines, status reports, and internal-external follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Take and circulate accurate meeting notes, and track action items to closure
- Coordinate with creative, copy, and design teams on briefs, revisions, and final deliverables
- Build and maintain trackers, status decks, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, proposals, and campaign summaries
- Maintain organized documentation — briefs, approvals, contact reports, and project files
- Flag potential delays, scope issues, or risks to the Account Manager proactively
- Support on-ground or virtual coordination for shoots, launches, site visits, or events as needed
- Build strong working relationships with client-side coordinators and internal teams
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint (trackers, decks, basic formulas/formatting)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple live projects
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — comfortable following up and chasing deliverables
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage client expectations professionally
- Collaborative mindset and ease working across creative, strategy, and client teams

- Timelines and trackers are consistently up to date with no missed deadlines
- Client and internal teams view you as dependable and responsive
- Briefs and feedback are relayed accurately, minimizing rework
- Documentation (notes, approvals, contact reports) is clean and easy to retrieve
- You progress towards independently handling smaller client conversations within the first year
Growth Path
This role is designed as a launchpad into full-fledged account management. With strong performance, the natural progression is towards an Account Executive (Senior) and eventually Account Manager role, with growing ownership of client relationships, strategy inputs, and team coordination.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
