Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
2. Creating & nurturing the CP Network.
3. Arranging various CP meet/ Exhibition.
4. Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
5. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
6. Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
7. Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
8. Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
9. Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
10. Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
11. Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
12. Leading efforts to generate sales, build the brand, organize marketing activities, promotions and achievement of targets through CP Network
Business Development and Channel Partner Management :
1. To engage with all the channel partners for effective brand transition.
2. Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted channel partners. Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2C.
3. Consistently build on internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage the team them.
4. Conduct regular review meetings to drive more business.
Required Specifications:
1. Any Graduate with Minimum 8-12 Years of relevant experience.
2. Strategic & analytical mind.
3. Good social and interpersonal connections.
4. Good written and oral communication skills (English/ Hindi/ Marathi)
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
