Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
- Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and maintain HR databases
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and employee relations expertise
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred
- 2–6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement
- Knowledge of HRMS and payroll software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
