Job Title: PRT Social Studies (SST) TeacherJob Overview
We are looking for an energetic and passionate PRT SST Teacher to teach foundational History, Geography, and Civics to primary classes (Grades 1–5). The ideal candidate will use creative activities, interactive tools, and technology to build curiosity and civic awareness in young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based CBSE lessons using maps, globes, storytelling, and smartboards.
- Activity Coordination: Organize school events, social science quizzes, heritage exhibitions, and thematic assemblies.
- Documentation: Maintain daily teacher diaries, lesson plans, and student academic logs.
- Assessments & PTMs: Conduct regular evaluations, track student progress, and share constructive feedback during Parent-Teacher Meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.A. (History/Geography/Political Science) + B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. (CTET qualification is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of primary teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Skills: Excellent English communication, strong classroom management, and tech-savviness (MS Office, smartboards).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
