Experience
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
* 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, telesales, or education consulting preferred.
Educational Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding UG, PG, MBA, Online, and Distance Education programs.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and website enquiries.
* Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
* Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
* Build long-term relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Make call to students, teachers and consultant
* Give give demo to teacher regarding our product
* Have to do Teacher & Student counselling.
* Do Lead follow-ups
* Monthly enrolment target: As assigned by the management.
* Timely CRM updates and accurate documentation.
Pay: ₹11,061.20 - ₹25,466.87 per month
