Job Responsibilities
· Provide Level 2 support for Atlassian tools such as Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
· Troubleshoot complex issues related to performance, integrations, workflows, and user access
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
· Handle incident, problem, and change management activities
· Manage user roles, permissions, and security schemes
· Configure and maintain workflows, screens, fields, and issue types
· Create and manage automation rules and notifications
· Support project configurations and governance policies
· Troubleshoot integrations with tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, and third-party apps
· Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting (Groovy, Python, or Shell)
· Manage plugins from Atlassian Marketplace and ensure compatibility
· Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics
· Perform upgrades, patching, and migrations (Server/Data Center/Cloud)
· Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
· Optimize system performance and database queries
· Create custom dashboards and reports for stakeholders
· Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
· Provide usage analytics and improvement recommendations
· Act as a bridge between L1 support and L3/Engineering teams
· Work closely with developers, DevOps, and business teams
· Handle escalations and ensure SLA adherence
· Provide end-user training and guidance

· Lead tool optimization and process improvement initiatives
· Drive best practices for ITSM/Agile workflows
· Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
· Mentor junior engineers and support team members
Key Skills Required
· Strong expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
· Knowledge of ITIL processes
· Good to have experience with Linux, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
· Scripting & automation skills
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
