About the Role
Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra is offering Front Office On-the-Job Training for hotel management students, providing hands-on exposure to guest services in a luxury wellness resort setting.
Learning Areas & Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Support reservations, room allocation, and PMS (Property Management System) operations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and coordination with other departments
- Learn front desk etiquette, telephone handling, and concierge services
- Understand billing, cashiering, and night audit basics
- Support guest relations, especially around wellness program check-ins and orientation
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Basic understanding of front office operations (through coursework)
- Good communication skills and a professional, guest-first attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends
