Position: Air Export Operations cum Pricing Executive
Department: Air Freight – Export Operations & Pricing

Reporting To:
- Air Freight Manager
- Branch Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end air export operations and documentation.
- Prepare competitive air freight quotations and pricing.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and transporters.
- Manage booking confirmations, shipment tracking, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with airlines and freight partners.
- Support the sales team with pricing and operational solutions.
- Ensure timely invoicing and accurate shipment records.
Requirements:
- Experience in Air Export Operations and Pricing within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and airline coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
