We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage residential interior projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, wooden furniture, false ceilings, painting, and complete home interiors. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with carpenters and vendors, ensuring quality work, and completing projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete home interior projects at site.
- Manage installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other custom furniture.
- Coordinate with carpenters, polish teams, painters, electricians, plumbers, and false ceiling contractors.
- Ensure proper execution as per drawings and client requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements before production and installation.
- Manage material delivery, inventory, and site logistics.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Share daily progress reports and photographs with management.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in home interiors or modular furniture projects.
- Good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, wooden furniture, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to handle labor teams and coordinate with vendors.
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Own smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
