Role Type: Implementation Lead / Builder
Focus: Building & Connecting the "Canon Studio" Agentic Ecosystem
We need a builder to turn our business workflows into a high-speed "Army of Agents." You won't be editing videos or writing marketing copy yourself, you will be building the Gemini-powered agents that do. We operate on a 0% error philosophy; your job is to ensure the agents we define actually deliver the outcomes we expect.
What You’ll Do
- Agent Development: Build, test, and deploy multi-step agents using Gemini 3.1 Pro and Flash.
- Vibe Coding: Rapidly prototype tools and automations using natural language. If a workflow breaks, you don't spend a week debugging; you "vibe" a fix or a workaround in minutes.
- Orchestration: Use tools like Make.com, Zapier, or Python to "glue" our agents to GoHighLevel, WordPress, and our studio file storage.
- Human-in-the-Loop: Create simple, foolproof "Approval Dashboards" (likely in Google Sheets) so stakeholders can sign off on agent output with one click.
- System Auditing: Set up "Critic" agents that double-check the work of "Producer" agents to ensure our 0% error standard is met.
What You’ll Need
- Proven Track Record: You must show 2-4 successful AI agents you have built and deployed (Personal projects, GitHub repos, or client work all count).
- Gemini Mastery: Deep familiarity with the Gemini API, AI Studio, and Gems. You should understand how to maximize the 1M+ token context window.
- Vibe Coding Proficiency: Experience using AI-first code editors (like Cursor or Windsurf) to build automations without needing to be a Senior Dev.
- API Fluency: You aren't afraid of a Webhook or a JSON payload. You know how to make one app talk to another.
- Outcome Obsession: You care more about the agent working perfectly than the code looking pretty.
NOTE: Interview process includes a live test assignment and interactive troubleshooting conversations.
