Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
- Handle and optimise Google Business Profile.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with the design and content team.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile and Meta Business Suite.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tirur, Kerala (Tirur, 676109): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
