Workday development experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Workday Configurations
This individual has the qualities to be part of a team of Configuration Consultants and collaborate with the team and the Lead. This person should be able to make configuration changes to the existing Workday system.
- Configuration support for at least 3+ clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
- Workday Time + Absence + Reporting
- Hands on experience in Advance Reports and Security
- Experience in Business Process setup
- General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday Security
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
- Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
