Brixi is hiring a Product Support Executive to assist customers, resolve product-related queries, and ensure they get the best experience from our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Understand customer concerns and resolve product-related issues
- Guide customers through CRM features, configurations, and workflows
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions
- Track support requests and follow up until resolution
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for complex issues
- Document customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests
- Create FAQs, tutorials, and product-support materials
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and response-quality standards
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
- Comfortable learning and explaining software products
- Basic understanding of CRM or SaaS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and follow-ups
- Patient, organised, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Previous experience in customer support, product support, or inside sales
- Experience with CRM, SaaS, PropTech, or real estate products is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and technical aptitude may also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
