Customer Support Representative – Auto Parts Division

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Auto Parts Division. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with order-related requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, compatibility, pricing, and order updates.
- Resolve customer concerns and post-sales issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and maintain accurate details of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up on pending issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Technical Support teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
- Meet quality standards while managing multiple customer conversations efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Experience in the Auto Parts or Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work in the US Shift.
