About Us
At Shrenik Goyal Architects, we believe that exceptional design is seamless—where architecture, interiors, and furniture integrate to tell a single, cohesive story. From bespoke residential villas to sophisticated commercial spaces, we craft highly curated, innovative environments with a focus on modern, refined aesthetics and custom details.
We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Furniture Designer to lead the creation of custom, high-end furniture pieces and built-in millwork that elevate our spatial designs.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will bridge the gap between interior architecture and industrial design, creating bespoke furniture that fits perfectly within our projects:
Bespoke Furniture Design: Develop unique, project-specific furniture concepts (seating, tables, storage systems, and accent pieces) that complement our interior design schemes.
Detailed Millwork & Joinery: Create precise technical drawings, construction details, and joinery packages ready for fabrication.
Material & Finish Selection: Select and curate high-quality materials (fine woods, metals, stone, leather, and textiles) that balance luxury aesthetics with structural durability.
Vendor& Craftsman Collaboration: Work closely with local artisans, workshops, and manufacturers to oversee the prototyping and production process, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
Site & Studio Integration: Collaborate directly with our architects and interior designers to ensure furniture scales, proportions, and layouts integrate flawlessly on-site.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands how materials come together:
Education: Degree in Furniture Design, Product/Industrial Design, Interior Design, or Architecture with a strong portfolio focus on furniture.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in custom furniture or high-end millwork design.
Software Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting tools (such as Rhino, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp) and rendering software (such as KeyShot or V-Ray).
Material Knowledge: A strong understanding of woodworking, metal fabrication, upholstery techniques, and finishing processes.
Eye for Detail: Exceptional eye for proportions, clean aesthetics, and minimalist or modern design principles.
