Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales targets through effective telemarketing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong customer-oriented attitude.
