We are looking for a Project Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry (WTP/STP) to manage the execution of treatment plant projects from the corporate office while coordinating daily site activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a corporate office environment with regular site visits for project monitoring, client coordination, inspections, and execution support. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor WTP/STP projects from initiation to commissioning.
Coordinate daily with site teams, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Prepare, verify, and submit RA Bills and monitor project billing activities.
Review P&IDs, GA drawings, piping layouts, and equipment specifications. Prepare material requisitions, technical documents, inspection reports, and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material and equipment supply.
Follow up with vendors on manufacturing status, dispatch schedules, and Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
Coordinate client inspections, material approvals, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning support.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Track project progress, installation status, material deliveries, and prepare periodic project reports.
Skills & Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment (WTP/STP) projects, with hands-on experience in project execution, client coordination, RA billing, and site monitoring. Experience working from a corporate/project office while coordinating with multiple project sites and undertaking regular site visits. Strong knowledge of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA Drawings, Piping Layouts, and Engineering Drawings. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools. Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹241,980.60 - ₹500,000.00 per year
