Customer Relation Executive
About the Role
Helpline Groups is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and highly professional Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and build long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services, procedures, and policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Client Servicing, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong command of professional business communication and customer handling.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Experience in service-based industries.
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult customer situations professionally.
