Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant with strong integration expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting SAP Business One integrations with various third-party systems, including eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, CRM systems, shipping providers, and other business applications.
This role requires both functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business One, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working directly with customers to deliver successful integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients.
- Configure and support SAP Business One environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP Business One and third-party applications.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and integration implementations.
- Troubleshoot data synchronization, API, and integration-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve inventory, customer, order, and financial data discrepancies.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and support teams to deliver integration projects.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to customers.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and implementation guides.
- Monitor integration performance and recommend process improvements.
- Provide post-implementation support and training where required.
Required Skills & Experience Essential
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP Business One.
- Strong understanding of SAP Business One modules including:
- Sales
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Financials
- Business Partners
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Business One solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and data synchronization.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and integration concepts.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and database structures within SAP Business One.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred
- Experience with SAP B1 Service Layer.
- Experience with SAP B1 DI API.
- Experience integrating SAP Business One with:
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Magento
- BigCommerce
- Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Shipping platforms
- CRM systems
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions.
- Experience working in SaaS or software implementation environments.
- SAP Business One certification.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
