- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all drivers possess valid licenses and that operations comply with regional transport laws, emission norms, and safety regulations. [1, 2, 3]
- Dispatch & Tracking: Coordinate vehicle allocation and utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor real-time shipment status and handle delays. [1, 2]
- Vendor & Driver Management: Negotiate contracts with external transport providers, resolve disputes, and supervise internal driving staff. [1, 2]
